Priority - Delivered in 1-2 business days after shipping anywhere in Canada. Delivery date is guaranteed.
For USA there are two options
Xpresspost USA - Delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping anywhere in USA. Delivery date is guaranteed.
Expedited Parcel USA - Normally delivered 4-7 business days after shipping anywhere in USA. Delivery date is not guaranteed.
Xpresspost International - Normally delivered 4-7 business days after shipping to over 70 international destinations. To find out if your location is on the list please contact us email@example.com.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is shipped, you will receive via email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please check your email and follow the link.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Duties are extra based on the country where your shipping address is.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES: Packages returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient/undeliverable address or if you refused delivery of a package, will be refunded excluding shipping cost plus a 10% processing/handling fee.
